I ordered a food through ZOMATO on **th of September **** at **.** PM. But after waitimg a lot I did not receive my food. they even did not refund my money for not delivering the food. On inquiring with the ZOMATO support team they simply said that they will not refund the money at all. the ZOMATRO delivery boy did not even made a call to me for any inconvenience. I had provided my home address to them for the food to be delivered and the phone number which is mine.I asked them to show the call details snapshot if the rider really called me. But they are not willing to show me that also. I have clearly told them that if they will show me the call details of the rider I will never ask them for the refund. My mob. no.-**********
