zomato food app - Food Not Delivered but the status is Delivered

On **th Feb **** I have ordered Fried Rice worth Rs *** from Orange Wok restaurant using Zomata App. When I tracked the deliver it was shown as delivered but actually its was delivered to me. When I contacted Zomato they are simply saying I will get refund amount in *-* working days. I asked the deliver boy's Vehicle No (it will be visible in both Swiggy and UBER Eats) to catch him but the customer support executive Divyanesh from Lucknow told he can't give the vehicle no. My question here is what if the deliver boy has committed a crime while delivering the food item..Simple refunding will not solve the issue. And I really disappointed with this Customer Support.
