My order number was ********** which I never received. And even after escalating on ID order@zomato.zohodesk.com I have had got no response from the support team . This is so unofficial behavior from Zomato team wherein no one was available to resolve my query neither through online chat nor through email .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
