I ordered my pizza from a nearby restaurant which is near around *** meters of distance from my place. At first the estimated delivery was around ** minutes and then it kept increasing. I contacted customer care and got to know that it's getting delayed due to rain. They also said that the food has been picked up and will be delivered to you soon. First they lied about it and when I was asking for the reason they kept copy pasting the same message again and again. I was really very hungry and it was already past midnight. Moreover without giving any resolution one of the executive closed the chat in between the conversation. The other one kept copy pasting the same message again and again. After they repeatedly said that your order has been picked up they cancelled the order. So I waited around ** minutes just to get my order cancelled. And it's clear that they lied about the order being picked up. This is the worst service I have ever received till date. Also they didn't compensate me for the all the inconveniences I faced.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
