I ordered vegetarian meal and got delivered nonveg meal. I have attached the photo evidence immediately , ola customer care mails that restaurant denied the complaint and refund can't be done.
What else the customer can do to prove.
My order : mushroom salad with extra bbq paneer ( got chicken instead) packed together , from California burrito, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore . Date ** Jan ****.
No refund even with a proof of picture
