Spicejet tickets were booked for * members for traveling in April **** through makemytrip but it got canceled due to ongoing covid pandemic. The amount is in makemytrip credit shell and they have declined to refund it. As per current situation why would same set of * people will travel which makemytrip is not ready to understand. We want to utilize amount to book tickets for only * members who will actually be traveling and use remaining amount for future bookings. When mailed and called to customer care then they are not responding and to avoid customer complaints they are leaving us to inefficient IVR system which is unable to help. Are they trying to loot us in this way.If amount cannot be refunded atleast make it flexible to choose travellers.
