Make my trip - Flight was cancelled and no refund was made

My flight was cancelled one day before the travel date (**.**.**) , this was much before flights cancelled due to lockdown. They stated the flight was not operational . No alternative flight was provided and no refund was processed. I have raised the issues several times with both Vistara and MakeMyTrip but they simple delay the responses. They always say they're going to refund then all communications are stopped. It has been over a year and hundreds of mails and tweets to get their attention but alas , there is still no response. This has been very tiring mentally and is completely unprofessional of MakeMyTrip.
