I have booked flight tickets through ease my trip online agency for my family of * adult * child and * infant from Kochi to Auckland and Auckland to Dunedin on **/**/**. Unfortunately I have cancelled the tickets on **/**/** ,as per the agency policy i should get refund but they are not giving me a clear answer and saying it will take many more days to get refund. I am stressed and financially struggling. Please consider this matter seriously and help me to get refund.
