Goibibo India Private Limited - flight tickets got canceled

I booked my flight tickets through Goibibo to Ha Noi from Hyderabad on **th September for travel dated **th November **** **:** (departure) **thNovember **** **:**(arrival) with Thai Airways, (ticket no.***-**********, PNR-MWHO*X, Booking Id-AMDMWHO*X and Transaction Id-************)On the day of my travel, as I went into the airport to collect boarding pass on **th Nov-** Thai airways authority told me that I can't get boarding pass as I have visa from **th November ****, which is a difference of (*hours **mintes). then I asked for a written letter for the reason of rejecting the boarding pass, they rudely said "we can't give in any written format". Then I called Goibibo for rescheduling the flight from **th November **** to **th November **** as soon as possible after exiting the airport, Goibibo charged me Rs.****/- (reference no- AMDMWHO*X, transaction Id-************) for rescheduling, as I need to go I have paid the rescheduling charges, then as I didn't get confirmation on ticket booking of **th November **** I called Goibibo again for checking, they said the return tickets i.e., **st November **** has been canceled as I dint board. Then I contacted Thai airways, they where saying that the return tickets(**st November ****) is not canceled and the ticket on **th November **** is on hold as Goibibo has not done the payment for rescheduling, then again they said the **th November **** rescheduling ticket fare has hiked so they were asking for more money to be paid for the tickets of **st November ****, the amount they asked for was Rs.*****/-, then they checked again and said you can reschedule the return tickets of **st November **** to **nd November ****. I guess this is all fraud, the both Thai Airways and Goibibo are trying to make fool of us. I would like to report a complaint on both the parties for wasting my money and time. Respected Consumer court help me in this issue.
