Easemytrip - flight ticket refund

so i booked ticket through easemytrip.com on **/**/** from delhi to kiev ukraine and my flight was on **/**/** after that i recieved email and texted on whatsapp by easemytrip team on**/**/** that because of war started there in ukraine my ticket got canceled and i asked for my refund in since then but easemytrip keep playing with me they kept saying that we transfered your refund in the first week of march but i got nothing in my account. Easemytrip team saying that we are solving your problem in short period of time but they send me in that money in easemytrip wallet on **/**/** since then my money is stuck there. In these seven month of time period i contacted them more hundred times but they are just wasting my time saying same stuff again and again and i got so frustrated by there service they are keep telling me to have patience since seven month but didnt returned my money back even i gave them my documents and stuff they ask for verification but now i know there just dong timepass not returning my money thats why i came here voxya i need your help please
