I have been pursuing my case to get a refund for my ticket PNR HM*RK which was canceled during the COVID lockdown period.
Cleartrip Booking ID - ************. Travel date was *rd April **** for AirIndia flight (Alliance Air *I ****) Delhi - Shimla PNR No - HM*RK.
I have sent numerous mails to both Cleartrip and they have a standard bot reply.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
