Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Flight ticket cancellation refund hasn t received

I've booked Etihad flight from Trivandrum to Toronto via abudhabi for December **th using MakeMyTrip app. But i received a mail saying flight was delayed, so I had to cancel my flight on December **rd. It was mentioned in the cancellation approval mail that I'll get the refund within **-** days. My ticket was eligible for full refund minus **** rupees penalty if I cancel it for my own reasons. But I cancelled it only because flight was delayed, so it's Airlines problem. It's been more than ** days i still haven't heard any updates about my refund status. When i called MakeMyTrip customer service no one picked up the call. I've tried multiple time. And j received an automated response saying my ticket isn't applicable for refund. That's a *.* lakhs rupees worth of ticket. That's all I got to secure my future. Now this MakeMyTrip is making my life so depressed. I don't know what else I should do to get my refund
