I had cancelled my tickets on Cleartrip for Trip ID ************ on ** March and was promised a refund of INR ****. Initially I was told that the refund would be credited in *-* days, then the date was pushed back ostensibly due to the ongoing pandemic and then I was promised that I would receive my refund on July **. I have still not received any refund as yet from Cleartrip and I am fighting to get back my dues, please assist urgently.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
