I booked connecting flight from Bangalore to Nanded(Stage-* Bangalore to Hyderabad stage-*Hyderabad to bangalore).after booking ticket from make my trip portal I got NF************** as booking ID. I suppose to travel next day after booking the ticket. but I haven't received full ticket of this journey although the portal deduction my full amount(Transection Id ************) .also on portal booking ID and travel ticket is not available on website as well as app. I tried to reach the customer care team but unable to connect them. In current Covid-** situation, I can't travel without confirm ticket from one state to other. request to support with complain.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
