Easemytrip - Flight now booked after paid for tickets

I'm really ashamed to say that we cannot rely on easemytrip regarding flight bookings as i have booked a return flight from bali-bangkok-chennai but the flight is never booked with airasia and your app is claiming it was booked.
what if i found this invalid ticket while i was on my way back to india, can you understand the trouble i would face.

you executives are also dumb, as the have refunded me on the flight they never booked and the refund they got for the flight they cancel the refund request for that. i should take strict action against you so, it should not happen with any other person.


The worst thing is I have been trying to reach you guys for the last * month, i have written more than *** emails and *** phone calls. and every time what you did was stall me with a mail to airasia or customer support. you got the same reply,

passenger already boarded

You said we can do anything. you guys don't even try to find the issue and resolve it.
I have wasted so much of my time on a ticket that is never booked.

i have been taking to your floar supervisor (samta) from a while regarding this matter, when i ask her to send me a report regarding this, she as for a email. here it is.

so, please share a proper report on the ticket you never booked and issue a fraud ticket with me. because I need to file a court case against you. as you have not book my ticket and i have paid you for those * months ago. im not going to take this fraud lightly. i will file and take the full compensation for the time i have wasted on you.

also share the correct PNR for the flight if you have booked it. else send a proper response regarding PNR too.
