Cleartrip - Flight Cancelled with negligible refund

Booked the flight ticket with clear trip Tatkal offer for Sakshi Sharma (sakshisharma****@gmail.com) on **th June **** from Bangalore to Jabalpur for *th August **** for amount of **** (after **% discount), for which I got the email confirmation as well on the same day.
But on **-June-****, at *.** PM got email stating that booking has been cancelled from user's side and refund of only *** has been . But in fact, no one even logged into that clear trip account to cancel the booking. Although cancellation email is stating that booking was cancelled by user by giving reason 'change of plan', but we didn't cancel it. It must have been cancelled by clear trip only from our side because I booked the flight in a big discounted price. I even contacted clear trip customer care and asked about this, but they didn't provide any help. I even asked them for the user login log which can state that someone logged into that clear trip account and cancelled the booking, but that also they denied.
Because of this, I lost my **** rs, and even today had to book another flight for amount of ****, which in total caused me loss of around *****.
I have even asked them to escalate the issue for which again they denied stating that they are not allowed to do that.
