In reference to my booking dtd. **.**.**** by GOAIR for DELHI- INDORE vide PNR No. LFJEXE & Booking ID NF**************, i would like to submit that this flight was cancelled by the AIRLINE & refund made to makemytrip as per GOAIR Invoice No. **********LFJEXE dtd. **/**/****.
This refund amount by GOAIR is not appearing in my makemytrip wallet neither I am able to reschedule this flight.
I have tried to reschedule this flight from DELHI- INDORE but change date option is not available.
All efforts to contact makemytrp have failed.
Pl. help resolve this issue.
