I had booked the Indigo airline tickets in **** from HDFC Smartbuy Platform. The flight from pant Nagar to Mumbai was cancelled and the cost of the ticket was transferred to Indigo Credit Shell.
Being given to understand that the Indigo Airline has refunded the ticket cost on November **, **** and the same has come to Clear Trip , being a booking Partner. I have not yet received the credit. Emails to ClearTrip Customer care are not responded to and online complaint can not be filed as it requires Trip ID.
