Cleartrip - Flight cancellations refund case

I booked a return flight ticket from delhi to tokyo from cleartrip on *st November but i cancelled it after an hour of the booking because i have selected a wrong date.
Then,i got a message that refund will be processed within ** hour or *-* working days.
Then,i got another message stating that i am not applicable for any refund.
I have called them many times and they gave me a case ID and the case has been highlighted with internal refund team. When i called again then they are giving me to call ** hours,** hours so on and nothing is happening.
