Makemytrip.com - Flight cancellation refund

Here is step by step list of event from last day
*) i booked a return ticket from makemy trip from Dubai to bagdogra (Which was connecting flight) but On **th July& **th July I received message on phone from INDIGO that my Flight *E Dubai to Ahmadabad was rescheduled from ****-**** to **:**-****(which is still not updated till now image.png *) ON **st July morning I got email /message from Spice jet that PNR no IDW**N Ahemdabad to Baghdogra has been cancelled "DUE TO OPERATIONAL REASONS"
*) So not i initiated a refund request for same flight through View and manage booking tab in mMT Upcoming booking option.
*) At same time i called MMT customer care @ **** *** **** but was unable to connect
*) Again i kept on trying but a fixed line no of india worked and agent Nilanjan heard my situation and registered a compliant with Ref no. ********** and asked him to update my new No. +************* for future communication.
*) At *:** PM I got message that MY Dubai to Ahemdabad flight PNT MJLM*A has been cancelled. *) Immediately Got refund of indigo flight but only Partial with deduction stating "I cancelled it""WHICH I NEVER DID"
*) I had to book my booth flight from Dubai to Ahemdabad and then ahemdabad to Baghdogra which cost me ***** INR .
*)No refund for spice jet flight recieved till now.
So request you to kindly help me in getting full refund for both the flight plus ***** that i had too pay extra due to book fresh overpriced ticket
