We had our flight (FlyDubai) booked from Dubai to Zanzibar and back on *th Dec-*th Dec **** from Cleartrip, it was eventually our honeymoon trip. But due to visa issues we were unable to exit Dubai for which we called cleartrip to cancel our bookings on *st Dec ****.They promised to cancel and confirm us back with refund amount on *rd Dec but we did not recieve call back. When we called it went through multiple executives and finally got to know it was not yet cancelled. One of them offered alternate journey date option through which I can book again and promised to mail us back with the details and we would be able to book within * year which also we did not recieve. Finally after multiple rounds it got escalated and had conference call as well as cleartrip had seperate conversation with flyDubai and they confirmed that they were able to provide alternate booking(not refund) for which also we agreed and given *th-**th Jan **** as our new travel date. Finally we got confirmation that we would be recieving new ticket voucher within ** hrs which we did not recieve till now. We folllowed up almost every alternate days and somehow got to know cleartrip has mailed to wrong mail id of FlyDubai. Now there is no response from Cleartrip regarding alternate ticket or amount refund.Please note we paid **** AED for our tickets. Also based on their confirmation our hotel booking done from *th-**th Jan which costed **** AED and also visa charges costed *** AED. Total we are at a loss of Rs ******. We have almost all the call recordings, mail and employee details with whom we spoke.
