I have booked a flight from Delhi to Ranchi. When I tried doing web check-in. I can see that there is no flight with the same no. I can't even find my pnr. I had an important meeting to attend and I tried reaching out to them but I am not getting any valid update. This is a very important meeting and will cause me a lot.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
