Make My Trip - Financial burden on regular checkin baggage

Having arrived from Bhopal to Delhi with * Checked in baggages
The Itinerary against' we were utterly shocked when the next leg PNR WE*UVN from Delhi to Bagdogra refused to check-in same two bags for our final destination to Bagdogra citing zero check-in baggage and forced us to pay Rs ***** for these two bags .
We had to undergo a lot of trauma and had to arrange This large amount of money from the ATM at the ** th hour bringing us senior citizens to a lot of fin anchal crisis that sent our entire holiday budget a toss.
Since both the sectors showed REGULAR FARE how on earth we are supposed to imagine that we are not supposed to pay for the checked in Baggage for *st sector and PAY for the immediate next leg of our itinerary. Does this sound logical?
We have been patronizing MMT for many years and have done many international and domestic travel booking through MMT. However, with this episode, we really felt cheated.
We are attaching the necessary booking reference, receipt of Payment made to "Go First" and screenshot of same flights booking, today, which has almost same fare and is showing ** kg checking baggage. we request you to help us in getting a refund of the amount we had to pay for the regular baggage.
