Amity university Noida - Fees not refunded

We had applied for the withdrawal (due to medical reasons) * months ago and had provided all the relevant details and information. We were promised that the fees would be refunded back after the formalities. All the formalities were duly completed and we were told to wait for sometime after which the fees would be refunded. We sent several mail regarding the same. Every time we were requested to kindly wait for sometime. We waited for about * months and now they have refunded only the security amount of Rs.**,*** (out of Rs.*,**,***) and have not refunded the fees for the first semester Rs.*,**,***.
The admissions were also going on at the time we applied for the withdrawal.
The classes were being conducted through online mode and the University was closed.
We had also deposited the hostel fees of Rs.*,**,*** out of which they had refunded only Rs.*,**,*** and are refusing to refund the remaining amount of Rs.**,***. The entire college and hostel was closed due to the coronavirus pandemic and therefore no one was allowed to stay in the hostel. Then too they are refusing to refund the hostel fees of Rs.**,***.
