Amity university Noida - Fee refund fraud in amity university noida

my name is tejas atri and I tooked admission in amity university noida on ** August,after taking the admission they pressured me for paying entire fees before ** August **** , so i paid entire fee of ****** rupees semester fees and ***** security fees , and then they commence classes from * September **** but after that due to some personal reason i had to cancel my admission on * October **** . when asked for the fee refund they use their own guidelines by ignoring UGC guidelines and told me that i'm not eligible for any refund except the security deposit .which directly contradict the UGC guidelines ,As according to the guidelines all students are eligible for full refund on fees if they cancel their admission till ** st October ****. Please help me regarding the same as my family is going theough rough times due to covid situation .
