I have purchased Whirlpool double door refrigerator from reliance digital(SR Nagar branch Hyderabad-Telangana) after ** days of usage the fridge is getting frozen on both lower and upper part of fridge all the vegetable are getting spoiled in this pandemic situation we are getting *week of vegetables and fruits storing them but, all vegetables and fruits are getting spoiled. I have complained to Reliance digital they came check the issue and told me that they have to change the sensor as they have provided faulty sensor i asked them how can i proceed for exchange. They told me to contact store where i have purchased I tried to reach out them by calling to store number No!! response!! I directly Visited store and explained the issue and while purchasing they have given me a wrong explanation on refrigerator that it was convertible. Now, they are saying me its not convertible its just type of it . i have clearly told them because of wrong guidance i took this refrigerator as they told it was convertible. I have asked for replacement with Samsung convertible refrigerator Finally then have accepted that its there mistake and they give wrong explanation on product and promised me it can be replaced with other brand they told me that one of our technician will visit in **hrs to check whether issue is genuine or not and also they told me to take the picture of vegetables which are frozen. I have taken Pictures of frozen fruits and vegetables as a proof i am awaiting for technician to visit no one visited in ** hours i called to store no response. I revisited the store again and informed that no one is visited and i have provided the pictures to them and explained the fault of fridge now they are saying it cannot be replaced last time when you have visited and what we have promised is not correct the person who spoked with me last time has give me false statement he don't know anything like that they told me i have asked then that time they would have called right person to talk and the person who give promise to me for replacement was saying clearly that he has confirmed that he asked concern manager and promised me for replacement i also have video recordings with me. Finally after long conversation i make them understand the problem they has accepted that mistake is from there end. And they promised me that they will make sure they will write mail to whirlpool for replacement as customer is not at all accepting the defect product. When i am leaving the store i asked that at any cost i need replacement with Samsung convertible refrigerator they promised me that they will do needful to me. I have asked manager that when do i get the update the manager told that by tomorrow i will update you the next day. After waiting for ** hrs i don't get any response from them i have waited for next **hours no call. i called to store they told still no response from Whirlpool. This is totally unfair i request you to take an action please. I have told them in this pandemic situation i cannot roam out but still they made me to visit store twice with no proper response. I will write one more complaint after receiving the update. Thank you soo much for giving us the opportunity to share our feedback and helping us. Hopefully you will take an action on it.
