I purchased an earphone from local vendors near Silvassa central library, when I purchased it he showed me good earphone but when I reached home after purchasing it, the product was faulty, the seller replaced the product with the faulty one and packed it for me . When I reached to replace the item and claim the fault, he started to abuse me and tried to threaten me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
