On **th August I purchased a New Whirlpool semi-automatic washing machine Ace XL ** on full payment from Elante Mall store, Chandigarh and got it delivered on **th. But found the product as defective. We got a engineer visit on **th who assured us to get it replaced but till then there is no progress at all and I am still waiting for the replacement. On reaching out to people in mall I am getting a same reply that this would take next *-* days. Tomorrow it will be * days since I payed the amount only to wait and get harassed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
