I have received faulty product and even after raising issue at the croma store and customer care, the product has not been replaced or returned.
There is no single point of source to contact. Everytime new person contacts and tells a new story. Most common one is our team is working on it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
