Croma - Product not getting delivered

I purchased a croma brand ac from croma store pacific mall, Ghaziabad on **.**.****. The sales boy promised me delivery on or before **.**.****. On **.**.**** i got informed that my product will be delivered on **.**.****. I tried to contact their store. I had to call more than ** times to reach . Every time they said that we are getting the status and will call you back within ** minutes, but they never returned the call. Later on around * hours, when I got angry then they promised me that they will surely deliver the product within today or maximum tomorrow. Then again on **.**.**** I got informed that my product will get delivered on **.**.****. i tried to reach their customer service but all in futile. Over all I feel cheated by the croma
