I am Lalit Patil who purchased a ** inch LG TV on ****/**** from one of CROMA outlet stores in Bavdhan, Pune ******. At the time of purchase we were told all the terms and conditions. Even insurance also,
We decided to take an accidental damage protection plan and we took it. We asked the to provide the supporting documents of the Accidental damage protection plan but he said, it is included in the bill. We didn't understand the code on the bill so we trusted Croma staff as aways and bought the TV and the accidental damage protection plan as well.
On May **, ****, the TV was physically damaged. We already bought the accidental damage protection plan hence We immediately contacted the customer care and they said you should go to the store and complain. We visited the Bavdhan Croma store and got to know that this Protection plan is technical. It doesn't cover the damage.
We asked the store manager and staff but they denied as the code included in the bill is wrong. I asked them, there was a mistake done by the promoter or billing person. We are not sure as I mentioned above the code mentioned on bill is understandable to me.
Now, everyone is denying and saying we didn't say that. I asked the manager to cross check but there is no option to validate. As usual, No one admits mistakes. Now I don't know how to get rid of this situation.
