Purchases * handsets but points were eligible for * but that too had a cut off range which is a scam since any purchass of above the range one is eligible.
One handset that I had been having issues with right from day * is only been software updated.Been requesting for a change in model approval so I can purchase a new one and not a refund but have been ignored ever since.Kishore(Samsung execurive) had called me and assured the issue to be sorted but hasnt been responding to email as well.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
