Dear recipient
writing to voice my displeasure with a laptop I purchased from Samsung directly a month ago.
Details of the laptop purchase are

Chain of events :
Well to start with as soon as I have started the Laptop ( while starting initially) , I have observed while spot twinkling on the screen.
I though I need to update the drivers and software’s and will automatically go away .
To my surprise even after updating all the drivers and software’s while spot continues to pop on screen frequently.
I was not using the laptop for *-** days but after that when I have started using these while spots started appearing frequently
And have started taking the control on screen , and I was not able to carry out my work
So I decided to complaint on **.**.**** , and spoken to the customer care and they have told to update the drivers and windows
However even after updating the same , problems was still persisting.
Again I have spoken to the customer care department and they have told me that we are arranging the engineer visit.
Finally after lot of follow up engineer came on **.**.**** and after detailed analysis he told that the laptop touchscreen is operating on its own and is not workable and needs to be changed.
He has also prepare his report and submitted the same to his service department.( No revert still)
Resolution :
I decided to purchase the laptop from your site since some of my friends had previously given me positive suggestions about it.
Samsung is a brand known for its quality and commitment.
I want my money to be refunded back immediately as I am not at all happy with the way things have been turned out.
I t has been less than a month and I am facing a manufacturing problem. But now that I've had this experience, I feel duped.
Please don’t give me second option of repairing , I'm hoping for a complete refund of the money I previously paid
This matter needs to be resolved as quickly as feasible, without a doubt.
I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem. I will wait for * days from this mail before seeking third party assistance.
