hello,
I bought my smartphone in the month of October **** and in the month of January **** I observed that my phone is not getting latest update so I visited the nearest service centre of Samsung and they said that your phone is fine and they are just manually upgrading the software in phone and also told me that I will receive the following updates automatically but now after * or * months the same issue is coming my phone is not getting the updates now and my friends purchased the same phone at the same time and they have got the updates so I am sending email from the last one week to them and they are saying the same thing that I should visit the service centre again so my question is what if my phone gets out of warranty and updates don't come so will they repair my device free of charge because I am I have been telling them the same issue like * months after I purchase the phone I believe that this device is faulty which is the most costly device of Samsung..
