Make My Trip - Faulty cancellation of ticket by Make my trip

My Husband had booked an air ticket on ** JAN **** from make my trip with booking no. ******-******.The ticket got confirmed for the travel from Delhi to Pathankot for travel on **.*.****. The PNR no. was generated and the ticket was confiormed. ON the date of travel while in taxi to airport when my husband tried to web checkin it said seat not confirmed .Called up the airlines they said seat is not confirmed and told us to contact make my trip then we started following up. They said we are looking into the matter and every time sorry for i inconvenience. The time was ticking and he was to go to Pathankoty so he took a detour to ISBT and took a volvo to Jalandhar which drooped him therea re *.** took another bus to Pathankot and reached there at **.**pm.when contacted make my trip they say sorry for all that has happened we will refund the amount of the ticket. We have received the refund t. My point is who is going to bear the loss of time, mental and physical torture of the long journey and paying extra out of the pocket. We want a compensation of Rs ***** over and above the ticket cancellation amount in lieu of the harassment the mental torture and overhead expensesbut my point is
