Hi Team,
I have been constantly using Myntra for my shopping but recently an incident has raised trust issues on this firm.
My friend ordered a gift for me , boult earphones but when I opened the package there were no earphones.
I raised the same issue instantly . After, ** days of investigation company is refusing to refund money or exhange product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
