On **-**-**** Goibibo app placed an offer stating that Valentine Surprise Pass @Re.*. You may get the chance to win a dinner in a specified hotel along with you will get ** Goibibo Points. I booked the same offer several times and got **,*** points in Goibibo wallet, those points are ***% utilizable to book a hotel stay. So we planned for a hotel stay in Delhi. Suddenly Goibibo realized that it's a bug from their side so we have to pay for the full amount in money or they cancel the booking. They canceled the booking. I made bookings HTLF*HTTY*, HTLXEH**M*, HTL*QRNKLM, HTL*BQXUQ*.
How the customer is responsible for the website/Application Bug. We booked the hotel by **,*** Goibibio points by spending ****/-. Goibibo is responsible for this fraud. They are saying it's a bug. Now, like us so many people got cheated all over India
