Amazon india - False information

I ordered a watch on amazon on *rd of dec. And they delivered on *th of dec.because the one feature of the watch is hourly beep sound after i turned on the feature it didn't work then i decided to return it on **th my return pickup was sucessfull after that i call amazon customer care about **-** times they told me you have to wait for your refund because the return picked is not reached to our seller then on * days ago i recieved a call from amazon they told me your product has been reached to our seller your refund will be initiated in * working days i.e, **th of december on **th of dec i called amazon customer again to know when will i get my refund they told me yes your product reached out to our seller we will issue your refund on **th means today then i call another amazon customer around * pm and he is telling me we will isuue your refund once the product will reach to our seller first that means they are telling me lie the called i recieved on **th of dec send me an email to confirm it that it has been reached out to our seller what will i do now?
