Hello Team,
I am Poornima, mother of Aarish. I have enrolled my kid for your * years program a month back.
At the time of meeting we have been given many promises out of which one was daily one hour session with mentor which turned out to be false.
I have spoken to many members of the team such as Tara, Anaira, Himani, Suchi and many more to count.
I was told by everyone that this is a false commitment. When I tried to speak to the counsellor Kashif he stopped responding to my calls and msgs.
This is very annoying.
I have never been told about ** days of observation period and so I have been asking for my refund of Rs. **,***/- which I have paid at one shot since ** days now.
But no one is responding.
I would like to see an immediate action over this and refund at the earliest will be appreciated.
