Byjus - False commitments loot and carelessness

A Byjus agent visited my house to sell a course for my son. He promised few benefits like online face to face teaching etc if not I was allowed to discontinue from the course within ** days. Later after I enrolled for the course, nothing as such happened, only materials were sent and no tutoring was done. EMI was also started for my loan by the company. After knowing that the sold us their course by giving false statements I immediately called Byjus and asked them to cancel my course. Its been more than a month and I have made ***s of calls and wrote many emails but I am not getting any proper response from them. My admission charges are yet not refunded also I am getting many calls and messages throughout the day to make the EMI payment. Even after further calling all they are asking me to wait and they will call me back but nothing is happening. I want my refund and a strict action against this looting and liar company.
