It is completely disappointing that whatever Orange Tours and Travels have promised in their advertisement and promotion are nothing but the false commitments.
*They forcefully dropped us on highway instead of pre-decided dropping point. (but charged the ticket till dropping point.
*Unclean and used bed sheets
* Blankets are not packed but are used.
*Lights were broken and buttons are not working
* Garbage thrown by previous passenger was still their in the couch.
*No washed and clean bed sheets and blankets as shown in advertisement.
*Unclean seats
False advertising and misleading commitments are prohibited under Consumer Protection Act, ****.
and it is legal offence to misguide customers.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
