Club Resorto Vacations Private Limited - False commitment and forced to make transaction

One day I got call from Shanaya Rajput and said “you have won two gift cards, one is for *N/*D holiday and one is movie ticket for couple which is valid for * year and * months respectively. The scam start from this call. I was excited and agreed to visit them to collect the cards. I reached to the destination. They choose * start well know hotel as destination so that no one think they are scamming you. Then starts to give you presentation about their company and they ask you to buy memberships plan. They offer plan as per your financial condition, for this they ask you about your profession so that they can offer you the amount max you can afford. I refused to buy membership the membership cost they brings down from *.* lac to **k, still I was stick to NO, they get offended by no. They realise they lost me. But then there was so called branch manager who approached me with the fellow employees and starts convincing me by giving unrealistic commitments and offered **k plan which includes ** days holidays for * years. In deep of my heart it was no from my side but that manager forced me get my credit card and made the transaction also ask me to hit * if I get call from bank to authorise the transaction. I did big mistake.
I reached home I searched for the company and review, usually I do this before taking any decision. I realised I have made mistake. I called them in next morning they refused to cancel membership and the same day evening all mobile numbers of related person were switched off. Now it’s *rd day after buying the membership and I don’t have any clue how can I cancel membership and get my money back. HELP!!! I’ll file FIR against these people tomorrow morning.
