Club Resorto Vacations Private Limited - Scammed by fake company Club Resorto

Club Resorto contacted me saying they got my details from the car dealership from where I had recently purchased a car. They said I was eligible for free movie vouchers and a holiday package provided I was willing to listen to a presentation at Taj hotel. When I reached Taj, I realized they were marketing their hotel stays packages spanning up to ** years. After an hour of their one-to-one presentation, I said I didn't want any package. They then pushed a cheaper * year package to me with "bonus" nights. I booked this package by paying Rs. ***** since I thought it was reasonable. I should have sensed something was wrong by seeing the hurry in which the manager wanted to get the payment done.

Around a week later, I contacted Club Resorto regarding my free vouchers and then their real attitude came out. They started giving flimsy excuses and denied me my promised vouchers. By seeing this, I understood that they were probably scammers and emailed them to cancel my package and refund my money. I have been following up with them for over two months and they have not properly responded to my cancellation request yet.
