Club Resorto Vacations Private Limited - Fraud and Lies by Club Resorto

This is a FRAUD COMPANY. They attract you with false promises of * star stays, while in writing the terms and conditions do not match. Unfortunately we were sweet talked and fell into their trap by Club Resorto agents in Bengaluru. We registered but asked for a refund in * days. Its been * months waiting since March ****, we have contacted them over emails, telephones, written scores of letters, spent more than *** hours over telephone, exchanges more than ** emails, and our money is pocketed by this FRAUD company. Their staff is trained and paid to keep lying, keep delaying, making false promising that they will return money soon. They promised that money will be returned in **-** working days. Its been more than * months of waiting for our refund. We had paid about *.* lakhs for membership. We even tried to contact all authorities/ CEOs as per names listed on website, who denied having anything to do with the company. They change name of company Park Resorto or Club Resorto change their email IDs and telephone numbers as per convenience. Their agents have stopped receiving our telephone calls, and are sending no replies to our emails. We tried their complaint escalation matrix available on website and wrote to every single person listed on their website, and tried best to reach to appellate authority. However they are thriving on false promises and looting customers like us. I am writing this in desperation as **** is ending and we have waited the whole year for our hard earned money looted by this group and now its time to warn others, as our money is LOST.
