Club Resorto Vacations Private Limited - Not delivering the holiday packages

I have taken a membership of Club resorto for getting * years membership for ** days at ***** INR.
With this they have also attached the * Nights * days free hotel booking for which was the initial claim. We went to collect the free vouchers and with that they attached the * years membership and we took it.
I have been following up with them since **th Dec Dec to use my free voucher booking . Let that be that, even the booking for the ** days they are not allowing and just giving reason for which we are exchanging sometimes Dates sometime Destination
