Salman Khursheed filed complaint against Zomato on May 20, 2019
My order was taking too much time to deliver so had a word with one of their employees on Zomato chat and they said that my food being prepared. It will take **-** mins more to deliver.
Then I called Zomato and he said that the restaurant is closed. Then I again talked to that Zomato employee via Zomato chat and then again he said that my food is being prepared and after one and a half hour later he told me that the restaurant is closed.
My query is that when we cancel an order from our side then they take the compensation equal to the amount of the order placed by us and now when I asked for the compensation then they gave me INR **. When we cancel the order they take the full amount of the order as compensation and now when the fault is by there side they are only giving me INR ** and also with false hopes two times in a row when asked.
They even don't take orders less than Rs.***. I want my Zomato wallet should be credited with the same amount of the order placed by me.
