Gurjeet Singh filed complaint against Lenskart on May 16, 2021
I bought specs from lenskart in Jan paying **** rupees and the Store guy confirmed that the specs are rough and tough use. But It broke in *months, the screw of ear rester got out and I am unable to use my specs anymore and having high power It is being very difficult for me to work. Anyways I called today the lenskart and confirmed if the lenskart store in my area is open or not the guy said yes and hence I reached the location by Ola Cab to find the store closed. I called again from the location of store ...the other guy then started apologize .. when asked to register the complaint about the incident he said there is no such option. When I asked about connecting me to superior ...then again no such option...
But here I am wasting my money (traveling expenses as the store is around * km from my place) and time not to forget the risk of Corona. I am feeling really helpless at the moment ...that how big giant companies such as lenskart treat it's customers.
