Jeeves.co.in - Falls warranty, cheating customers

Hi,

This is completely Fraud company, they take money , they give receipts and they promise warranty of * months. When ever next time they visit they collect *** rupees and say warranty given by some other team and they never repair same . From last * month i am calling them their customer care team daily tells tomorrow you will get your service but they won't come, if you call gain they tell same. If you ask them more questions they say they don't do your service call company of your product. Its very frustrating and companies like these making indian consumers worse. When i told them give me contact details whom i can complain they say go to consumer court or where ever i want. They think our system won't take any action against them. I heard Flipkart brought this company. Shame on Flipkart for buying such a low and fraudulent company.
