Amazon India - Fake iPhone 13 delivered no action refund status

Bought iPhone ** on *th Aug. Immediately post switching on found it not working and it did not have feeling of apple phone. Tried return/ replace using Amazon app. It didn't allow. Since it was already night so had chat/call with Amazon customer care next morning. They suggested to contact Apple service center. Visited apple service centr, they declared it non genuine/fake. Called Amazon customer support, informed about it, requested for hp getting refund immediately and take strict action for retailer who did this heinous crime. I was told that an investigation got initiated and it would take *-* days. Its *th day today and no action or refund status. Not able to understand when Apple service center verified serial number and declared it fake, what else needed to refund my money. I went through through harassment due to this cheating. Kindly help.
