Make My Trip - Fake Hotel Booking Provide by Make My Trip
Arshiya Sayyad filed complaint against Make My Trip on Dec 12, 2025
On **th November me with my family including * infants reached hotel “Via Konak” at midnight **:** Am which was booked through make my trip. And ww were not allowed to check in to the hotel.
Reason we received was there is no such booking with my name in that hotel. I talked to the manager and he said we are now no longer working with fab hotels (fab hotels is a vendor who takes bookings from Make My Trip) and out hotel name is also changed to “Best hotel Mumbai”. Hotel manager said fab hotels have been already informed via email to MMT about no more tie up with Konak hotel and hence do not take any bookings there after. But make my trip is still taking the bookings and customers like me are facing terrible issues and problems at last moment. I also called MMT customer care and i was informed * times that issue will be resolved and money will be refunded within ** to ** hours. Also i have one email received from MMT support engineer stating the same. But there is call arranged for me to talk to escalation team and no refund provided yet.
Request you to please look into this matter on urgent basis.
